Disperse Natrosol thoroughly in alcohol. Add all remaining ingredients of Part A, one at a time, under agitation. Preblend Part B.
Add Part B to A. Add individual components of Part C to the above mixture. Continue mixing until product is homogeneous.
Note: The presence of ethoxylated cocoate provides emollient nontacky application properties to this hydroalcoholic clear system. With roll-on packaging it delays the onset of crystallization on the ball applicator, possible with such systems. |
