Increased tack after activation can be obtained by raising the rosin content. Higher blocking temperature can be obtained by increasing the amount of paraffin wax or using a higher melting point paraffin.
Coatings based on formulations similar to the one shown above can be applied by hot-melt gravure processes, or by casting from hot toluene solution. |
