| 配制方法： |
Begin heating water to 80C, sift hydroxyethylcellulose into water with constant agitation, and mix until clear. Add rest of Phase A in order and mix well. Cool to room temperature. Slowly add collagen and elastin and mix until uniform. Add Phase C ingredients in order. Mix until homogeneous. |
