Slowly sift Carbopol 1342 resin into rapidly agitating water. Mix until thoroughly dispersed then add preservatives. Slowly add the mineral and silicone oils (one at a time) with agitation. Add Part C with agitation. Add fragrance.
Alternate procedure: Add Carbopol 1342 to Part B, then add Part A. Mix using moderate agitation for 30-60 min prior to the addition of Part C.
Add Part C with agitation. Add fragrance. |
