Heat Part A to 70 C under agitation. Heat Part B to 70 C under agitation. Add Part B to Part A and blend until uniform. Cool, and at 40 C add individual components of Part C under agitation. Continue low-speed agitation until product reaches room temperature.
Note: This o/w cream provides a nongreasy application. The emulsifier-fatty acid ester blend yields efficient cleansing properties to this system. The CLR material imparts unique dermal effects. |
