Disperse the Veegum in the water using high-speed mixing. Continue mixing until free from lumps. Add remaining ingredients and heat to 75 C with constant mixing. Weigh and heat Part A to 75 C. Add Part A slowly to Part B with good mixing. Avoid excessive aeration. Continue mixing and cool to 40 C. Add Part C. Mix and cool to 30 C. Pack. |
