agitating continually until smooth. Disperse the CMC in water; mix with
c. Add a-b to preceding and mix until smooth; heat to 65-70C. Heat e
to 70C; add this other mixture and stir until cool. Add perfume.
This product is designed to be a complete make-up with a matte finish.
