Heat water to 70 C. Dissolve Lexgard M. Disperse Carbomer 934 and neutralize. Separately melt contents of Part A together. Slowly add Part A to Part B. Readjust pH, cool, and fill.
Physical Properties: pH---7.2 Visc. (@ 24 C)---8,000 cps Stability after one month---Stable at room temperature at 45 C and passes 3 freeze/thaw cycles. |
