Prepare a solution of the alkanolamide, lauryl sulfate and water.
Add one at a time (dissolving each before the next is added) the citric
acid, "Tegosepts", formalin and WSP X-250. The amount of citric acid
used should be enough to neutralize the excess amine of the
alkanolamide. Next, add the perfume oil. Some perfume oils will not
completely dissolve at this point but will go into solution upon
