TEA lauryl sulfate (40%)/30.00
Prepare the water and diethanolamide phases separately. Heat the
diethanolamide phase enough to melt the diethanolamide and dissolve the
hexachlorophene. Heat the water phase to about 40C. Pour the
diethanolamide phase into the water phase with agitation. Add the rest
of the ingredients, one at a time, in the order given. Some thickening
will occur upon addition of the "Tegobetaine" C.
