Add (2) slowly to (1) with vigorous agitation, continuing until well disintegrated and smooth. Reduce agitation to moderate, add (3) through (6) in succession, stirring until thoroughly blended. Add more (4), if needed, to bring final pH to 7.0 Mixture will generate persistent foam during transfer, filling or the like handling. Colloid 581-B (7) has been found useful for controlling the foam. |
