Dissolve the Trisodium Phosphate in the water.
Add the remaining ingredients to the aqueous solution and stir with
moderate agitation until a homogenous mixture is obtained

Shake the can several times before use. Dispense on the vinyl surface or stiff bristled brush a glob of material and, using the brush, rub the material on the vinyl surface, paying particular care where the embossed surface is quite deep. Wipe off the material with a damp cloth. |
