| 配制方法： |
Dissolve the sodium phosphate, citric acid, sodium metabisulfite, methyl paraben, and propyl paraben in the Sorbo or Sorbo/syrup vehicles by heating to 80 C. Wet the carboxymethyl cellulose with glycerin and add to the heated solution already obtained, with agitation, allowing the mixture to cool. Disperse the Avicel RC in 300 ml of water with a high-speed mixer (Waring blender at high speed for 5 min.) Hydrate the Veegum in 200 ml of water by mixing for 30 min, allowing the mixture to stand overnight and remixing for 30 min with moderate agitation. Add the suspending agents to the previously cooled mixture. Add the tetracycline base or tetracycline phosphate complex with agitation. (Note: Tetracycline phosphate complex should be prepared immediately before its addition by reacting 20% sodium hexamethaphosphate with 25% solution of tetracycline hydrochloride USP.) Add flavoring agents. Add water to the desired volume. |
