| 配制方法： |
The first three ingredients are heated together and melted at 60C.
with stirring. The melt is then added to water also at 60C., and the emulsion stirred until cool. A viscous cream, stable for more than 4 weeks is obtained. Lowering the distilled acetylated monoglyceride level while maintaining the same quantities of the other ingredients produces a thinner emulsion of comparable stability. Warming the emulsion above 45C. also will reduce the viscosity. |
