Physical Properties: pH---7.2 Heat water and propylene glycol to 70-75 C. Add Vinol 523 with stirring. Stir to dissolution. Add Carbopol 961 with stirring at 70-75 C until it dissolves. In a separate vessel, combine Part B (no heat required). Cool batch to 40 C. Add Part B slowly while stirring. Add WSP-X250 at 40 C. Cool batch to 30 C and fill.
Note: Both Formulas No.1 and No.2 are easily peelable facial masks which are noticeably effective. |
