Place chocolate and butter in 1.5 to 2-qt casserole. Heat 3.5 min or until mixture is melted. (Use equipment such as an Amana Radarange.) Stir 2-3 times during melting.
Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, MicroQuick, and salt.Blend well. Stir into chocolate mixture.
(Stir in nuts.) Spread Evenly in greased 8x8x2-in. dish or 8x2-in. round dish.
Bake in oven on full power for 3.5 to 4 min or until top springs back when lightly pressed with finger. Cool and cut into bars.
Freeze; thaw in microwave oven for 2-2.5 min. |
