Blend flour salt and 10% of the Insta Starch with melted G695 mono and diglyceride mixture. Blend with remaining ingredients in a V blender.
To mix: Add 32.5 g of pudding mix to 2 cups of cold milk and mix for 1 min with a wire whip or electric mixer on low speed. Pour into cups and refrigerate for 9 min. |
