| 配制方法： |
Dissolve dye in 70 ml of water and blend into corn starch. Mix with piperazine citrate, confectioners sugar, cyclamate sodium, and acacia, and pass through Fitzpatrick comminuting machine (impact forward). Mix 15 minutes and granulate with 50% glucose solution. Force through 8-mesh screen on granulator, or 3A screen on comminuting machine (knives forward). Spread as thin as possible on trays and dry in oven at 100F.
When dry, force through 14-mesh screen. Screen out approximately 7 oz of 30-mesh fines and mix intimately with magnesium stearate, stearic acid, and flavor (all screened 30-mesh). Mix with granulation 10 minutes and compress using 3/4-inch punch and die. Weight of 10 wafers is 200 grains. Batch weight for 10,000 wafers is 28 lbs, 8 oz. |
