Add the ingredients in the order listed and ball mill or grind to N.S. particle size on Hegman Gauge. Tint to desired color.
Note: Pigment Volume Concentration is 15%. 60 gloss by Gardner Reflectometer is 65% when the enamel is air dried.
Caution: In this and all following formulations, avoid using oily defoamers because they reduce adhesion. |
