| 配制方法： |
1. Disperse the "Thixcin" R in Part B with Mineral Spirits to form a 25% dispersion (paste).
2. Heat Part A to 70C (158F) until all the wax is melted. Higher temperatures should be avoided due to possible detrimental effects to the "Thixcin" R. Continue high shear agitation while adding Part B.
3. Add Part C slowly with high speed agitation. The material will gel rapidly during this addition period to form a soft paste. continue agitation until the temperature is 45C (113F), otherwise the "Thixcin" R may seed out. |
