Mineral Spirits/15.2
Melt the waxes and adjust temperature to 100C. With agitation, add
the mixture of silicone oil, lemon oil, and solvents, preheated to
approximately 50C, to the wax melt. Stir the batch down to room
temperature.

Add the "Veegum" T to the water slowly, agitating continually until smooth. Heat stearic acid,k carnauba wax and beeswax to 90C, add triethanolamine and maintain temperature. Add mineral spirits, maintaining 90C temperature, avoiding flames. Disperse color in hot water and add to the mixture, continuing to mix until uniform by processing through a roller mill. |
