Glass cloth impregnated with above is dried in tower at 25-265F for 14-18 min. Dissolve the DADS in twice its weight of MEK. Melt the D.E.R.
542 by heating to 250-275F. and blend with the D.E.R. 331 HEATED TO 100-125F. Add the DADS solution to the resin blend and add MEK to adjust solids and viscosity to desired levels. Dissolve BF3.MEA in sufficient MEK to insure complete solution and add to varnish formulation. |
