| 配制方法： |
Preparation of Pigment Paste: With stirring, add "Surfynol" TG surfactant, "Tamol" 731, K2CO3 and the pigments to 165 parts of water containing 33 parts of 3% "Methocel" solution. Grind in a pebble mill for 14 h. The viscosity should be 70-90 KU. for other grinding equipment, adjust the viscosity as desired by using more or less water.
When lecithin is used in place of "Tamol" 731, omit the "Methocel" in the grind and add the entire quantity required afterwards during letdown.
Let-Down: Transfer a weighed amount of the ground paste to a vessel equipped with a stirrer. With stirring, add the polyvinyl acetate emulsion, Ethyl "Carbitol" and water to the paste. Adjust the viscosity by adding the "Methocel" solution or an equal amount of water. Adjust the pH to 7.5 or 8 by adding NH4Cl if necessary. |
